Hmmm.
Plenty on my mind lately...
But am too muddled up in my mind to put them down in proper words.
Haha :-)
Huge dilemma. I wanna attend PKV's 60th anniversary.. but I don't know if it's too much travelling for one week :( Whether I can handle it.
At the rate I'm feeling, I think I'll just extend an extra sem in UM, since my convo will still be in Oct 2014, regardless of whether I finish in Jan or May. -__-
4 years for a bachelor's degree. Goodness. I should be graduating next year! Lowering my market rate ny.. haha.
Just a muddle of thoughts. :-)
Badminton tournament this Saturday! Hmmm representing USP - University Scholars Programme - some sorta elite dunno what programme la. So happens my sponsors for this stint in NUS put us under this programme.. maybe because we're scholars or something. Haha.
Minor joke before I leave:
Was talking to a Thai friend about Tiger* shows in Thailand. She looked puzzled, and said she's never heard of it. We said it's probably something else in the Thai language. However, she optimistically added that they had CROCODILE shows too! :-O :-O :-O
My Msian friends and I looked at each other in shock. Then we asked her what crocodile shows were like. *ngehehehe* I thought it sounded extremely exciting! ;-)
"Oh, it's a crocodile show.. the man will put his head in the crocodile-..."
HAHAHA. So, she meant real crocodiles. We were expecting something more... exotic.
Ah well. Lost in translation, as I like to say. With all of us Asians speaking English in our respective accents there's bound to be miscommunication along the way. =P
*Tiger shows - apparently a corruption of "Thai Girl" shows cause Thais can't pronounce their Ls properly. Google it up if you're up for roaring fun. =P
Ok, back to books,
Jo
