Today, in my ASEAN class in which we were having lectures on refugees, to my complete shock, my other coursemates had never before heard of the Rohingya refugees! As in, didn't even know they existed. -__- I kind of had the idea that we were all aware of this gross acts of human abuse/genocide by now, but apparently not.

This is my 3rd course touching on refugees, and each time it really, really disgusts me, and yet it really creates this yearning in me to DO SOMETHING. I've spent semesters now researching and presenting on the gross acts of human abuse on the refugees.
