SPM TRIALS!
Started on Monday with the MALAYSIAN Language paper. Sorry, had to type that, the change of title from 'Bahasa Melayu' to 'Bahasa Malaysia' really strikes me as.. I don't know. A good move? A bad one? I speak Malaysian sounds better than I speak Malay anyway, gives you the more 'muhibah' feeling. LOL.
Anyway, wasn't too bad, wrote about the advantages of knowing many languages.. for one who only has a strong command of English and Malay(oops, Malaysian I mean) I felt highly inadequate to write such an essay, but the other choices were even worse.. thus what I wrote was truly not from my heart. Lol. Hey, all I want is the marks. =P
Tuesday was English.. the essay I wrote on was titled 'Beauty'. Yep, one word. So I wrote everything I could think about.. Beauty everywhere, Helen Keller's famous quote:
"The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the heart”, people who emphasise on exterior appearance.. etc lah. But I didn't write that long because I know my English teacher's preferences... she prefers short and sweet. So I wrote only 3 pages. =)
Wednesday was History paper 1 and Economics 1 & 2. Wow... I tembak the Sejarah paper all the way man.. hahaha. No time to study for it, cause I knew was multiple choice questions so no need to worry that much. Nevertheless, the paper required minute details, so even in tembaking I had a lot of trouble. Lol. Was too busy cramming for Econs.
Encik Beh(affectionately known as Beh Beh) is my Econs teacher.. we took the paper on Wednesday, by Thursday he had marked everything.. wow. Efficient eh? And I got my aim... since the beginning of form 4 I have been targetting to get 90% above for Econs... I failed the past 3 terms... Then I found out I got a 94%!!! for Econs! I was overjoyed.
So overjoyed I even decided to at least try for Moral. Haha. Moral was today, it's a really dreaded subject, and usually destroys my straight A1 streak with not just a A2, but sometimes a B3 or even a B4. For monthly tests I've barely been passing! Hahaha. Hopefully I get an A1 this time lah..
Anyway. Yeah, that's all.. won't be blogging for a while, till trials are over.. 19th September. Haiz. The torture... oh the torture...
Btw, I'll be applying for a teaching scholarship.. =) after SPM results of course. With an aim, I've gotta study for real now.
