Hmm..

I messed up my BM paper, big time. Arrgh. Just when I NEEDED the 7th A to make it straight A's too!

I keep telling myself it's only trials.. better learn now then during PMR.. still.. sigh. Arrgh.

Feeling.. slightly down. Just ONE more A, BM is supposedly one of my strongest subject too. This is what happens when the FORMAT changes, and seemingly takes over the importance of the LANGUAGE itself. Sigh. Get the format right in the question, and you've got an A. Mess up the format and.. sigh. Wish the language was emphasised on. Then again, I suppose those who are more hardworking benefit from the emphasise on the format rather than the language.

Yeah.. I thought I'm hardworking. Lol. Until I found so many others really really working. But then again, these top students only concentrate on studies, and nothing else.

Eeks. Got to work harder than ever next year. I really can't quit badminton..

Oh well. Honestly, I entered form 3 this year with only 1 goal(academically of course): Straight A's. I don't care about the percentage. My friends have their logic, that is to work harder for subjects that are easier to score to pull up their average. For me, I just aim for straight A's. My logic is, in PMR I would rather get an average A in all then high in some and others risking a B.

Harder still in form 5 though, have to aim for straight A1s.

Well, my decision to enter Arts is nearly confirmed... 95% already. I suppose it'll be 100% when I ask to enter the Arts stream.

Looking forward to studying subjects I enjoy though. =D In Pure Science I'll be facing Math and Science EVERY SINGLE DAY. NO WAY!!! Hahaha. Let's be honest, I prefer to be ignorant of many facts, particularly in Science. Once I can explain this phenomena and that.. I've a feeling I just might start to question how God came to be. But.. *wham!* you'll never find out..

And Math? Blah. I don't need half of what I'm learning now.

People tell me I'm narrowing my choices down by entering Arts.. but I would rather get straight A1s in Arts then risk getting B3s etc. in Pure Science stream.

Besides, what I want to become(whatever it is) will never have anything to do with Science. And 100% nothing to do with Math. Eew.

I will have to face one obstacle when I enter Arts stream though: Friends. Practically all my friends are aiming to enter Pure Science, or at least Sub Science. Arts are for the supposedly 'not-so-smart' students. I don't mind being considered 'not-so-smart', but it'll be like starting afresh.. have to make new friends. Sigh. Still, I refuse to let friends be the factor of my decision.

Don't ask me why I'm working considerably hard if I'm 'just going to enter Arts stream'. Hahaha. I WANT to do well, to prove to everyone that 'not-so-stupid' people can enter Arts stream too. Hehe.
